How do I care for my rattan furniture?
To maintain the beauty of your rattan, wipe it regularly with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh chemicals and keep natural rattan indoors or in covered areas to protect it from excessive moisture and direct sunlight.
What is the difference between natural and synthetic rattan?
Natural rattan is harvested from climbing palms and is best for indoor use. Synthetic rattan, also known as PE rattan, is made from durable plastic designed to withstand outdoor weather conditions, UV rays, and rain.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days for in-stock items. For larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for scheduling and transport.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all of our furniture pieces come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper outdoor exposure of natural rattan.

Sustainability is at our core. We work closely with artisans in Southeast Asia to ensure our rattan is harvested using traditional, sustainable methods that support local ecosystems and communities.
